（発生した事象について）
弊社Instagramアカウントである「ます寿し とと屋（masuzushitotoya）」アカウントが乗っ取られ、詐欺に利用されている疑いがあります。
（お客様へのお願い）
現在、弊社から乗っ取られているInstagramアカウントを使用しての投稿や、公開されている投稿へのコメント、メッセンジャーからメッセージをお送りすことはございません。万が一投稿やコメント、メッセージに気が付かれた場合、内容に従わないよう、ご注意ください。
（対処）
弊社Instagram アカウントにつきましては、乗っ取られた旨の報告と解決のリクエストをメタ社に依頼し、警察にも相談を行っております。
フォローしていただいているお客様には、ご迷惑をお掛けしており、誠に申し訳ございません。

One of Toyama’s most beloved local specialties, Masu Sushi is a beautifully presented pressed sushi made with tender slices of cherry trout laid over fragrant vinegared rice. Wrapped in bamboo leaves, this dish not only delights the palate but also showcases the artistry of traditional Japanese cuisine.
The origins of Masu Sushi date back to the early 18th century during the Edo period. It is said that Shinpachi Yoshimura, a samurai and skilled chef of the Toyama domain, prepared a sushi dish using sweetfish (ayu) for his lord, Toshinaga Maeda. So impressed was Lord Maeda that he presented it to the shogun, Tokugawa Yoshimune. The shogun’s praise helped elevate the dish to national fame as a Toyama delicacy.
Eventually, sweetfish was replaced by sakuramasu—cherry salmon that swim up the Jinzu River in spring—creating the refined version we enjoy today.
At Toto-ya, Masu Sushi is crafted with plump, locally grown rice and a perfectly balanced blend of seasoned vinegar, offering a flavor that is both refreshing and unforgettable. It’s the perfect souvenir or on-the-go meal for visitors looking to experience the authentic taste of Toyama.
